By using this website/service and paying the deposit or full payment, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to stop using the website accordingly. The Company (MTB RETREATS) only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.

Payment can be made in instalments or paid in full. 

What's Included on the Retreat

Accomodation and breakfast

One-way transfer from Palma airport to accomodation

Transfers to and from the accommodation 

of the retreat to the gym twice a day in line with the retreat schedule.

GENERAL T&Cs

Please note flights, insurance and any activities not mentioned ARE NOT included in the retreat package. Transfers will be at specific times, private transfers can be arranged at an additional price.

Prices are based on Standard rooms, 2 people sharing. Upgrades can be arranged at an additional price - please contact us.

Age restriction 

You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age before you can use this website. By 

using this service, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you may 

legally adhere to this Agreement. MTB RETREATS assumes no responsibility for 

liabilities related to age misrepresentation. 

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

● Space availability

● Errors in the description or prices 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

Your Order Cancellation Rights/Refunds

Any Products or Service you purchase can be refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Please note deposits are non-refundable, this is used to confirm your accommodation and space in camp. Any further payments are fully refundable up to 7-days before the retreat start date(up to 22 nd August), 50% refund after that until the start of the retreat(22nd August-28th August)

Once the retreat has started, no refund or part-refundable will be repaid in the event of cancellation or non-attendance. There are also no refunds for late arrival/early departure or any unused portion of the retreat.

We are constantly updating our offerings of Products on the Service. The Products available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information regarding our service.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices,

product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is

material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound

by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

Please note exact timings, retreat coaches, accommodation or location may be subject to change. 

A final agenda will be sent to all guests before the retreat.

Liability 

Under no circumstances shall we have any liability to you for any loss/damage/ injury of any kind incurred during the duration of the retreat and its activities.

By accepting these terms you confirm you are fit to undertake physical activities. We will give you a form, which must be signed before the start of the retreat. (Please see a copy below)*****

If you suffer from a disability that would stop you from doing certain retreat activities or you have any information to help us improve your experience during the retreat please do let us know beforehand by email or contact us.

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and understand that participation in fitness classes and related activities conducted by MTBRetreats/Gym/Instructors involves certain risks and potential dangers. By signing this waiver, I voluntarily agree to participate in the class and assume all risks associated with my participation.

Assumption of Risk:

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the fitness class(es) provided by the Provider. I understand that physical exercise, by its very nature, carries with it certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, strain, discomfort, and even the possibility of serious injury or death. I hereby assume all risks and responsibility for any such injuries or other medical incidents.

Waiver and Release:

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue the Provider, its employees, representatives, affiliates, or agents from any claims, demands, liabilities, rights, damages, expenses, and causes of action of any nature arising out of or in connection with my participation in the fitness class(es), whether caused by the negligence of the Provider or otherwise.

Medical Representation:

I represent that I am physically fit to participate in the fitness class(es) and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation. If I have any medical conditions or concerns, I have consulted with a healthcare provider and obtained clearance to participate.

Consent to Medical Treatment:

I hereby consent to receive any necessary medical treatment resulting from my participation in the fitness class(es) and agree to bear all costs associated with such treatment.

Acknowledgment:

I have read this Fitness Class Waiver, understand its contents, and agree to be bound by its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights by signing this document.
